During the above window, an upstream facility provider is performing network maintenance that impacts DigitalOcean's networking transit in the NYC regions.

Expected Impact:

We may shift NYC3 traffic to alternate transit providers in NYC1 and NYC2 to help mitigate customer impact. While we are optimistic routing around the upstream maintenance impacts and shifting traffic will avoid customer impact, there is a risk for customer impact if saturation of the network occurs. If this occurs, users in NYC1, NYC2, and NYC3 may observe intermittent connectivity, packet loss, or latency at that time. There is also an increased risk of instability to DigitalOcean's Cloud Control Panel and API if saturation occurs.

Our Networking team will be closely monitoring this maintenance and working to ensure this is as seamless as possible for users. Should impact occur, we'll post updates to our status page with further details.
